- Coordinating schedules and assisting engineers and fitters
- Communicating with customers via telephone and email
- Processing job sheets, paperwork, and general documentation
- Updating and maintaining internal systems and records
- Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Supporting management with day-to-day office duties
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Friendly and professional approach when dealing with customers
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for the full 3‑week duration
