- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Introduce our recruitment services and identify hiring needs
- Secure qualified appointments for Recruitment Consultants
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in CRM
- Follow up on leads and nurture potential clients
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets
- Previous experience in appointment setting, BDM, telesales, or a similar outbound sales role
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
- Resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
- Experience within recruitment (desirable but not essential)
- Competitive base salary (DOE)
