Cogent Staffing
Cogent Staffing are recruiting for Field Sales Representatives for our client in the Halifax, West Yorkshire area. The successful applicants will be working temporarily for around 2-3 weeks (possibly longer depending on success of campaign).
Shift/salary:
- Working Monday to Friday
- 09:00-17:30 (some evening work up to and around 19:00 may be required on occasion, paid at overtime rate)
- Pay rate £12.50 per hour
- Plus “signing bonus” of £25 per company (not paid immediately but once implemented and billing)
- Temporary position only – working for around 2-3 weeks
The role:
- Develop relationships with new clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field.
- Sign candidates up to the service.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
The candidate:
- Must be able to start ASAP (week commencing 20th January).
- Ideally has experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
