Cogent Staffing are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Huddersfield We are looking for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join them.
Role summary:
As an FLT Driver/Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in warehouse operations. You will be responsible for safely operating forklifts, as well as performing manual tasks to ensure the efficient movement and organization of goods.
Shifts & salary:
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00-18:00
- £12.24 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Temp to perm
Key responsibilities:
- Operate the FLT (counterbalance)
- Load and unload vehicles to site
- Move stock in and around the warehouse
- Locate and label stock within the production/warehouse environments
- Pick orders using FLT and manually
- Stack products
- Reverse through the warehouse on FLT
Experience:
- Must hold an in-date Counterbalance Licence
- Worked within a warehouse setting operating forklifts
- Has a good eye for detail and can read and write in English
- Happy to work on a short term contract
- Can commute to Huddersfield HD5
