About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Mytholmroyd who are looking to appoint a confident and organised Administrator. This is a full-time temporary ongoing opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

This is a varied role that will involve supporting multiple departments within the business, so strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices
  • Supporting purchasing activities
  • Liaising with colleagues at all levels across the business
  • Responding to customer queries in a professional manner
  • Supplier administration duties
  • Filing and scanning paperwork
  • Working with couriers (e.g. FedEx)
  • Assisting with transport administration duties where required
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (essential)
  • Experience using SAP (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
