We are seeking a dedicated Waste Recycling Operative to join our environmentally conscious team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the efficient sorting, processing, and recycling of waste materials

Responsibilities

• Operate recycling machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Sort waste materials according to type and recycling guidelines
• Load and unload waste containers, ensuring proper handling of materials
• Picking on a conveyor belt
• Assist in the transportation of recyclable materials within the facility using appropriate equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and wear necessary protective clothing at all times

Requirements

• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
• Happy to stand for long periods of time picking through waste materials
• Prior experience in waste management or recycling is advantageous but not essential
• Commitment to health and safety regulations at all times
